My Nephew's School Project

Okay- I can't claim to have anything to do with this project other than it is my nephews. They had to create a habitat for a pet rock. Blake decided on Sonic the Hedgerock- it turned out so cute!
especially considering he is only 9- not shabby at all huh?

Didn't want to reply to your question on my blog since the recipient reads it :) The ball and ribbon is going to be a topiary! It's decoration for her surprise baby shower and matches the new nursery :) I can't wait to post pics of the finished project - it's too cute. I've been plotting what I can do next. I totally lifted the idea from my Hobby Lobby - they had one done for Valentine's day with all red and white ribbons!

cute idea! Maddie! I did my daughter's nursery in pink and brown- which 2 yrs ago you couldn't find anything in pink and brown- now it is everywhere :)

Oh, I love children's dioramas! There's nothing quite like them! I think that's neat that you would show your nephew's work- has to make him feel pretty special.

I am pretty proud of my nephew-and because he is my identical twin's son he is half mine- at least that is what my sister and I always see. Also I used to be his nanny when he was a baby til he was 1 1/2

Teresa, I didn't know you were a twin!!! Oh, I hear you about him being half yours. Kim's children are like my own. There is definitely a special bond there no doubt. Our children even look alike! ;)
